We are excited to have the opportunity to join them in their effort to renovate REO properties in Texas and Florida.

We were one of the first to become part of Fannie Mae’s vendor partners program for general construction repairs to their REO portfolio in the Dallas/Fort Worth markets.

In 1998, GE Capital sold its REO portfolio to Wells Fargo. Our corporation was a part of that transaction, allowing us to participate in Wells Fargo’s preferred vendor program. Wells Fargo / PAS continues to lead the country in its management programs.

We were among the first general contractors in the nation to become part of the GE “REO” national unit pricing program. This was the first program of its kind in the mortgage banking industry.

Introduced a national repair program for, at its time, the largest mortgage company in America – Lomas & Nettleton. The program was the first of its kind in mortgage banking. Construction management applications, methodology, and practices were employed to preserve and restore real estate assets for re-market, optimizing their IRR.
