31 years of construction management experience, including building design, construction, restoration of high/mid/low rise office buildings, commercial retail/office projects, mini-storage, warehouse facilities, tenant finish, and residential developments. Lomas Mortgage, USA, through my extensive knowledge of construction practices and REO disposition, allowed me the opportunity to create the first national construction department within the REO department of a mortgage company in the country. We also were the first to assemble a database of qualified general contractors/vendors in high concentrations of REO nationwide. At the time, Lomas Mortgage, USA, was one of the nation’s largest and oldest mortgage companies. As their national construction/marketing/property management representative, I made all repair management documents, procedures, and decisions regarding REO, foreclosures, and FHA conveyances.

As the National Construction Manager for the REO department of Lomas Mortgage, USA, I installed the document and operational management procedures necessary to manage and restore more than 2,400 commercial/residential properties with an FMV of over $300 million across the United States. This experience has allowed me the opportunity to work with hundreds of real estate brokers, appraisers, contractors, and engineers to value, market, and repair REO assets for maximum recovery.
