Initial services include cleaning, mowing, and debris removal.

Preservation maintenance: Securing windows, boarding, roof tarps, and repairs

Repair bid analysis/scope by line item w/recommendations

Before and after repair, digital photos, either emailed or uploaded to Equator

Professional roof, termite, foundation, and MEP inspections
