We were one of the first to become part of Fannie Mae's vendor partners program for general construction repairs to their REO portfolio in the Dallas/Fort Worth markets.

Wells Fargo / Premier Asset Services - Preferred Vendor
In 1998 GE Capital sold their REO portfolio to Wells Fargo. Our corporation was a part of that transaction allowing us to be a part of Wells Fargo's preferred vendor program. Wells Fargo / PAS continues to lead the country in their management programs.

GE Capital - NUP Vendor Partner
We were among the first general contractors in the nation to become part of the GE "REO" national unit pricing program. This was the first program of it's kind in the mortgage banking industry.

Lomas Mortgage, USA - National Consultant/Construction Manager
We introduced and authored a national repair program for at its time, the oldest and largest mortgage company in America - Lomas & Nettleton. The program was the first of it's kind in mortgage banking. Construction management applications , methodology and practices were employed to preserve and restore their real estate assets for re-market, optimizing their IRR.
